PADI Adventure Peak Performance Buoyancy Dive
Buoyancy control is with out a doubt the single most important underwater skill any diver can have. This skill will enhance every single future dive you ever will do. From your air consumption to your comfort level to your photography to your enjoyment of every dive!!
The purpose of the PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy Dive is to polish a diver’s buoyancy control beyond the Open Water Diver level. The goal of PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy training is to enhance the student diver diver’s buoyancy control abilities through knowledge development and practical skills practice.
We at Adventure Divers, Pattaya, incorporate buoyancy games to make the dive fun. Every student who has done this dive with us has enjoyed the dive itself and has expressed that it has indeed improved their diving skills.
Peak Performance Buoyancy fundamentals:
- Buoyancy check, a check at the surface to insure the correct weights
- Fine-tuning buoyancy underwater, through our buoyancy games and breathing techniques
- Streamlining, not using your arms, making sure your equipment is tight
- Visualization, as in ” are my fins through the hoop? “
